Finally a chance to update u all. Mixed start, first the bad stuff... Missed highway 1 DUH! only realised after 40k? Decided to press on, bad idea !After 233k made it to Priceton, camped n realised bivy bag, useless. Pehaps 2hours sleep, this on top of jetlag, hills brutal! Around 3000m climbing and mid 30s! Tough after Dunedin winter. Today also tough. This rerouting also mucked up my hosting, thanks Jennie for contacting them. Also phone won't work, traffic horrific due to wildfire detours, also wind. Good news.. 504 km in 2 1/4 days riding and feel ok. Living the dream, loving the scenery,.. sleep now, tomorrow to Revelstoke.
